Lovely, clean, well- equipped home in a peaceful setting on a hill, with a fantastic view. Easy walk to town, plenty of restaurants which are listed in the manual. Hot tub was clean and modern and a great way to end the day. There were 9 of us ranging in age from a 5 month old infant to his 70 year old grandparents and it was easy for all of us to get around the house and town! Friendly outdoor cats were a big hit too! We were sad to say goodbye but hope to return soon!

Such an amazing house that my children (20&21yrs) made me cancel our restaurant booking on arrival just to sit on the terrace and enjoy the house and views instead whilst they dandered down 3min to the Pizza Van for delicious pizzas. Such a tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean house with wonderful hosts. We will all definitely return to this beautiful home we have agreed. Kinsale is so pretty. 😎

House was an absolute dream! Incredible place for a big group to stay in Kinsale. 20 minute walk into town. Huge layout. Unbelievable views and common areas. Comfy beds. Big kitchen. Host was lovely, flexible and communicative. We even had our local friends in Kinsale stop by and they couldn't get over how much they loved the house. We'd be thrilled to come back and stay again!

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the property, parties and events are not permitted. Folly House is intended as a place of relaxation, comfort and quality time — not for excessive drinking or loud celebrations.
The property is not suitable for children under the age of 6. The grounds are not fully enclosed and include several features that may present hazards to young children.
Parents and guardians must maintain close and constant supervision of children at all times during their stay.
